Review Oracle

For each asset we will have reviewers who will issue decisions on the veracity of the ownership. In this way over time, different views of the same asset can be obtained to form the final decision about ownership.

Fractionalization

When a verified NFT is issued, this can be tied up to a real world contract transferring the asset to a legal entity such as trust or LLC. In other words we will transfer the asset to a DAO.

Audit via CIP-68

We are using the CIP-68 in order to mint an address NFT, title Deed NFT and fractional FT tokens. In order to keep data recent, the data in the NFTs will be audited and valid certificates issued.

AI Document Parser

In order to help reviewers we will introduce AI document parsing and this will over time, help in categorizing the documents per country, region and asset types.

Regulatory Compliance

We will target US, EU, India and Mexico in the first phase for regulatory license, to sell fractionalised assets via the platform.

Decentralized Identity Mobile App

DIDs will enable us to promote document signing using the identity of the verifiers and owners. Coupled with the DID issuance comes the need for the mobile app.
